🌟A spark is a quality, skill, or deep interest that youth possess that, if fostered, becomes the catalyst for youth thriving. 🌟

Igniting Sparks is a four hour training focused on providing you with better tools for building skills with youth. Through the lens of positive youth development, you'll learn how to identify and expand upon sparks, both in and outside of Wraparound.

Expect engagement! This training centers peer-to-peer sharing and experiential learning to solidify skills.

Learning Objectives

• By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to…

  • Explain what a spark is and how to identify youth sparks

  • Utilize youth sparks in constructive skill-building

  • Apply structured skill-building strategies to peer practice, in and outside of Wraparound

This workshop provides 4 continuing education credits for Traditional Health Workers upon completion! ✨
