This interactive workshop explores the core elements of group facilitation for youth in recovery spaces and beyond. Participants will reflect on their own facilitation style, practice creating safer group environments, and gain tools for responding to common facilitation challenges. With a focus on harm reduction, peer support, and recovery justice, this workshop helps youth support specialists develop confidence and clarity when leading intentional peer groups that are youth-led, welcoming, and nonjudgmental.
