Join us on September 8th from 10-11:30am for a Wraparound coaching workshop

Ever experienced trouble with conflict on your Wraparound teams? This 1.5-hour coaching-oriented workshop supports Wraparound team members in the development of conflict resolution skills. It will actively engage participants through lecture, discussion, scenarios, activities, and a handout tool in a responsive/supportive learning environment. Participants will exit this workshop able to navigate conflicts with team members effectively and supportively, with an emphasis on nonviolent communication.

Learning Objectives

• Define and identify when conflict is occurring in Wraparound.

• Navigate conflict situations in Wraparound meetings and with specific team members.

• Utilize nonviolent communication when facing conflict in Wraparound.

This workshop provides 1.5 contact hours for Traditional Health Workers upon completion! *

*This workshop is currently under review by the THW Commission. If approval is not gained by the time of the workshop, CE’s will be provided retroactively upon approval.
