🌱Based in The Search Institute’s framework of Developmental Relationships, this workshop centers how intentional, relationship-based practices improves Wraparound outcomes by creating safe and trusting relationships between youth and supporting adults through group coaching and peer-to-peer learning. 

🌱Participants will explore why developmental relationships are connected to positive youth outcomes, learn the five elements of the framework, and reflect on how these elements show up in their current peer relationships. Through guided discussion, shared learning, and practical application activities, participants will identify concrete ways to integrate developmental relationships into their peer practice to strengthen rapport, trust, and youth voice.

  • Integrate aspects of developmental relationships into their relationships for more intentional peer support
