Join us on May 29th via zoom for a workshop designed to equip YSS with effective communication skills to address conflicts with other team members.

This 1.5 hour workshop supports Youth Support Specialists to develop effective communication skills. Participants will practice conflict resolution strategies rooted in the concept of calling in vs. calling out through practice-based scenarios, lectures, and group discussions. This workshop will give participants the opportunity to practice identifying harms and learning how to address them in a way that is responsive to all people in the situation
