Youth Era recently identified that attendance information from our Columbia County drop-in program was shared with a program partner without proper authorization in place between July 2025 and February 2026. The information participant involved names, dates of birth for some individuals, and attendance dates. No health records, service notes, or financial information was shared, and we have no indication that the information was misused. If you attended the Broadleaf Arbor drop-in during that period and have questions, please contact Deanna Murry at dmurry@youthera.org or 458-210-4155.
