Youth Era develops Wraparound training for Youth Peer Support Specialists (YPSS). Each learning opportunity is designed to strengthen fidelity Wraparound and peer-role core competencies while keeping youth voice, family partnership, strengths, and lived experience at the center.

For Wraparound YPSS
Wraparound Youth Peer Support Specialists bring lived experience and a distinct peer role to the Wraparound team. Youth Era’s training supports YPSS in strengthening that role while working within fidelity Wraparound.
Educational coaching workshops focus on the real work of building relationships, navigating systems, collaborating with teams, supporting youth engagement, and practicing in ways that remain grounded in peer values.

Youth Era develops additional Wraparound trainings and focused educational coaching workshops throughout the year. Curricula are built around defined learning objectives and prepared for continuing education unit submission when applicable.
